Windows Tips and Tricks : Reinstall Windows XP Without Repeating Online Activation
All you have to do is to keep a copy of the wpa.dbl file located under C:\Windows\System32\ into an external disk and after reinstalling Windows go to the same directory, rename wpa.dbl to wpa.old and copy the saved file from the disk.
